1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Coastercoin portal (the "Service") provided by DigitalTwin (the "Company"), you (the "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "User Agreement"). If you do not agree to this User Agreement, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended solely for Users who are 13 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 13, you will have access to the online site but will not be permitted to use the Service.

3. Use of Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Personal Data

DigitalTwin does not collect personal data from Users through the Coastercoin software. Any data processed is strictly non-personal and used solely for the functionality of the Service.

5. Governing Laws

The use of Coastercoins in the real world is subject to the governing laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which the businesses accepting Coastercoins operate. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DigitalTwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

7. Changes to Agreement

DigitalTwin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this User Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the User Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
